個人情報保護方針

パシフィックエレメンツ株式会社（以下「当社」といいます）は、個人情報の保護が当社を取り巻くすべての関係者にとって、極めて重要であることを認識しており、以下の「個人情報保護方針」を定め、その適正な保護に努めます。
１、個人情報の管理
当社は、当社が取得しうるあらゆる個人情報の取扱いに十分留意いたします。
２、個人情報の利用
当社は、すべての業務で取扱う個人情報を取得および利用する場合には、利用目的を明確にし、特定された利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で適正に個人情報を取扱うとともに、目的外利用はいたしません。
３、個人情報の利用目的
貴社またはお客様からお預かりした個人情報は、当社からのご連絡や業務案内やご質問に対する回答として、電子メールや資料のご送付等に利用いたします。
４、第三者への個人情報の提供・開示
あらかじめ貴社またはお客様ご本人から同意をいただいた提供・開示先以外の第三者への提供・開示等はいたしません。ただし、以下の場合は、個人情報を本人の同意なく提供することがあります。

５、法令遵守
当社は個人情報保護法、個人情報保護に関する東京都の条例および経済産業省のガイドラインなど、個人情報の取扱いに関する法令、国が定める指針及びその他の規範を遵守します。

In all business operations where the Company acquires and utilizes personal information, we will clearly define the purpose of use, handle personal information appropriately within the scope necessary to achieve the specified purpose, and will not use it for any other purpose.
3.Personal information entrusted to us by customers will be used for purposes such as contacting customers, providing business information, and responding to inquiries by sending emails or materials.

We will not provide or disclose personal information to third parties other than those to whom you have given prior consent, or in cases where personal information must be provided or disclosed by law, such as in accordance with national laws and regulations, etc. However, we may provide or disclose personal information to third parties in a manner that does not allow individuals to be identified or specified.
5.Compliance with Laws and Regulations
The Company will comply with laws and regulations regarding the handling of personal information, guidelines established by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government related to personal information protection, guidelines provided by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, and other relevant standards.
